....................Tabouli Salad Recipe..................

 

 My name is Nicola and one of my hobbies is cooking and i will teach you on this Article how to make Tabouli that will be testy and Healthy.

1 cup of medium Burghul(cracked wheat)add 2 cups of water and let it to rest for 20 minutes before adding to it the other ingredients

  • Tabouli Ingredients

    7 cups of finely chopped flat leaf Parsley

    7-8 finely chopped spring onions (with the green parts)

    1/2-3/4 cup of finely chopped fresh Mint leaf

  • Step 5

    2-3 cucumbers(chopped for small cubes)

  • 1-2 Tomato (chopped for small cubes)

  • Salt (upon your test)

  • 1/4 cup pure olive oil

  • Decorate with lettuce leaf

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

  • Now that we have all the ingredients we are ready to take out the water from the burghul and start adding the parsley, mint, tomato cubes, cucumbers cubes, spring onions , lemon juice, olive oil. salt
    we mix all together and we serve it with the lettuce leaf as a sandwich or we just serve it on the plate.(bona petite) God Bless you all
