Falafel is a Middle East dish(vegetarian), but has become popular all over the world.
When you come to Israel you will find in almost every corner a falafel.
Originally its made from Egypt but spread all over the Middle East and now all over the world.
2 cups of dried chickpeas or 32 oz. (Add the chickpeas in a bowl covering with cold water add 2 tsp baking soda and allow to soak overnight
Combine chickpeas, garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, onion, black pepper, salt, flour in food processor until you get thick paste.
Let it rest for 1 hour than start to make balls in ping pong size fry it in a deep oil until its golden brown from both side.
