I am going to teach on this article how to prepare Eggplant Salad in Galilee style the place I live in the Holy Land, and where our Christ spread the Christian Religion

The ingredients you need:

♦one Eggplant (Barbeque and cut for cubes)

♦3 Cucumbers (Chopped for cubes)

♦10 Cherry Tomato (Cut for half)

♦4 Green onions (Chopped)

♦2 crush garlic cloves

♦Bunch of chopped parsley

♦bunch of meant leaves chopped for fine

♦1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

♦2 tbs olive oil

Preparation Method:

Add all the ingredients together, mix carefully

Serve with whole wheat bread

Excellent salad for who plane diet
