How to Prepare Baba Ganoush

...........................................................................................

Baba Ganoush is one of the popular recipes in the Middle East and around the world.

Depend to which Arabic country you going because it's have different names here in the Galilee we call it Mottabale but if you go to Syria the call it Baba Ganoush.

Ingredients for 5 people:

•4 large Eggplant

•10 cloves garlic, minced

•1 cup sesame Tahina

•1 cup fresh Lemon Juice

•Chopped finely Parsley

•Olive oil

•Salt upon test

Preparation Method:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Pierce an eggplant with a fork all over, then place on a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes or until tender. Let cool, then peel and mash.

In a large bowl add the garlic, Eggplant, Thina, Lemon, Salt and mix all together with folk or with crusher.

Great to serve the Baba Ganoush with olive oil and chopped parsley, eat with pita bread, buget or anything you love.

And the important is to prepare your dish from love

God bless
